Course Overview: Believers Bible Class (BBC)
Welcome to the Believers Bible Class (BBC) at TILA Global! This course will deepen your understanding of foundational Christian beliefs and practices, empowering you to live out your faith with confidence and integrity. Throughout the course, we will explore four major topics that are essential for every believer:
1. The New Birth Experience: Being Born Again
In this module, we will dive into the concept of being "born again" as described in the Bible. We will explore the significance of the new birth, examining scriptures that articulate the transformation that occurs when an individual accepts Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. You will learn about the role of faith, repentance, and the grace of God in this spiritual rebirth, as well as how the new birth impacts our daily lives and relationship with God.
2. Water and Holy Ghost Baptism
This section focuses on the importance and significance of baptism in a believer's life. We will discuss the biblical foundations for water baptism and baptism in the Holy Spirit. You will learn about the symbolism of water baptism as an outward expression of inward faith and the transformative power of receiving the Holy Spirit. Through prayer and practical guidance, we aim to help you understand how these sacraments empower you to live out your Christian calling.
3. TILA Global: Our Mission and Values
In this module, you will gain insight into the mission, vision, and core values of TILA Global Church. We will discuss the church's purpose in the community and the world, exploring how each member can contribute to fulfilling our collective mission. This section will also address the importance of church membership and engagement, fostering a sense of belonging and responsibility.
4. Church Workers' Ethics
In our final module, we will focus on the ethical responsibilities of church workers and volunteers. You will learn about the principles of integrity, accountability, and service that underpin church work. Discussions will include practical scenarios, the importance of maintaining a Christ-like character, and the necessity of maintaining healthy boundaries. This module aims to equip church workers with the tools they need to serve effectively while upholding the highest standards of conduct.
